SHIPPING:
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all USA/Canada orders from $19.99.
- All products are shipped USPS first class mail, or UPS from our New York State location, unless shipped directly, from one of our brand manufactures. We ship same day(Business day/Saturday). Unless, orders are placed on a sunday/holiday. Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION USA:
- All USA orders are shipped with USPS Confirmation numbers. We will notify you via email, within 24 business day hours with your USPS confirmation number.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- All products are shipped USPS first class mail, or UPS. Larger quantities will ship Priority mail. All orders are shipped from our New York State location. We ship same day(Business day/Saturday). Unless, orders are placed on a sunday/holiday. Any out of stock items will be back ordered, and shipped separately, as they are restocked. You will be notify of any out of stock items on your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION INTERNATONAL:
- Currently, we are shipping all international orders via USPS or UPS. USPS is unable to assign tracking numbers on international orders at this time. If in the future the USPS adapts this ability, we will then be able to offer this tracking servce.
OUT OF STOCK OR LOW QUANTITY PRODUCTS:
- Please be advised, on occasion there are products which become out of stock or do not have the total quantity in stock for the order you want to place. You will still be able to place this order.
Products listed, are in stock at the time of listing, but sometimes become unavailable or low stock. If you purchase a product that has less quantity then needed for your order.
We will have the product shipped to you directly from the manufacture. If a product number becomes unavailable we will contact you within twenty four (24) hours, (normal business hours 9:00am - 5:00pm est. Monday through friday) to give you the option to either wait for the product to return to stock or request a refund if you prefer.
RETURN POLICY:
- Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find one with any defect you can return them for a full refund minus the shipping cost.
All returns must have a RMA# (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) from us to be accepted.
Terms
-Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
-Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.

-All items must be including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
How We Process Returns:
Please read instruction below.
1. Open a new support ticket (you will need to log into your account).
2. Select the order from the dropdown menu and the RMA return/exchange department.
3. Once our Return Department received your submission, they will review and contact you back with an RMA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RMA number will not get process.)
4. Once you received an RMA number from us, please have this number included in with your return package.

To open a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA#
- Please login to your account page at: Login
- Goto "My Account". Or in the left column of your store page, find the Returns box, Click the "Return a Product" link
- Click the view button on the order you would like to return
- Under the product discription you will find the red print stating,[Need to return this product?] Please click on this
- Fill out the necessary information needed
- submit your request
Returned items need an RMA#.
